This is not just a sound bath, it’s a guided, personalized healing experience designed to help you process, release, and realign.

Each session begins with a brief, intentional check-in where we explore what you’re carrying—whether it’s stress, overwhelm, decision fatigue, or emotional tension from the week. From there, your experience is curated in real time using sound, frequency, and guided meditation tailored to your needs.

You’ll be led through a grounding sound bath experience designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional release, followed by a reflective integration moment where we identify practical, aligned next steps for the days ahead.

This experience is ideal for individuals who:

  • Feel mentally or emotionally overloaded
  • Need space to pause and reset with intention

Each session includes:

  • Personalized check-in (5–10 minutes)
  • Curated sound bath + guided meditation (15–25 minutes)
  • Reflection + intention setting for the week (5–10 minutes)

Guidelines for Optimal Virtual Engagement: Please join from a quiet, private location, log in early, and use headphones for optimal audio quality. Remain muted unless prompted, and minimize distractions. This is a confidential, structured space designed to support focused engagement.

Group Sound Bath

A guided group experience designed to support collective relaxation, reflection, and reset through sound.

These sessions offer a shared space to pause, step away from daily demands, and engage in a calming, immersive sound-based practice. Using instruments such as singing bowls and other resonant tones, the experience supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Each session may include brief grounding or guided meditation to help participants settle into the experience, followed by an extended sound bath designed to promote rest and restoration.

This offering is ideal for individuals seeking a low-pressure, accessible way to reset, reconnect, and engage in a shared wellness experience.

Format: Virtual or in-person
Duration: 30–60 minutes

Participants are encouraged to join from a comfortable position (seated or lying down) and use headphones for virtual sessions to enhance the experience.

Each session may include brief grounding or guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath using resonant tones to support relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Private group sessions offer a more personalized approach than standard group experiences, allowing for thoughtful pacing, optional themes, and a setting that aligns with the intention of your gathering.

This offering is ideal for organizations, friend groups, or communities looking to incorporate a structured and restorative wellness experience into their time together.
