Session Format
Curated Sound Bath sessions are currently offered virtually only and are conducted via Zoom. A meeting link will be provided after your session is scheduled and payment is received.
Scheduling & Payment
All sessions are by appointment only. Once your appointment is scheduled, an invoice will be sent via email.
- Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your session
- If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be canceled and made available for booking
- All individual session payments are non-refundable
Subscription Policy
Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable and provide access to a set number of sessions within each billing cycle.
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance
- Unused sessions do not roll over into the next billing cycle
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled up to two (2) times per billing cycle.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be treated as a forfeited session
- Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be accommodated
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session
- Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered a forfeited session and will not be refunded or rescheduled
Private Group Booking & Cancellation Policy
Private group sound bath sessions require advance booking and confirmation.
- A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to secure your date
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance may be eligible for rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
Events & Workshop Refund Policy
All event and workshop registrations are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual (with prior notice)
- In the event that a session is canceled by E.R.I.S., participants will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund
Service Modifications
E.R.I.S. reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or appropriate accommodation will be provided.
Virtual Session Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring:
- A stable internet connection
- Access to Zoom
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
Environment & Participation
To support the quality of the experience, participants are encouraged to:
- Join from a quiet, comfortable environment
- Minimize distractions
- Use headphones when possible

These services do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please seek support from a licensed provider.
Participation is voluntary, and outcomes are dependent on individual engagement. Results are not guaranteed.
Privacy
Sessions are confidential and will not be recorded without prior consent.
Liability Acknowledgment
By participating in services offered by E.R.I.S., you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being during sessions.
